I'm thrilled to announce that I will be hosting a meetup with @photopills for the upcoming Photopills World Meetup Sun Edition. Come and chase the sunrise alignment with the Peace Tower. We will be shooting the sunrise, the sun will align with the Parliament Hill's Peace Tower in Ottawa, Canada. The iconic and historic building stands tall at 92.2m. The shooting distance is 5.0km and the sun will have an apparent diameter of 46.4m.

• Time: Sunrise is at 5:59 am, alignment with the Peace Tower 6:09 am, arrive early to walk and set up

• Location: Champlain Bridge, Ottawa, Ontario (45.408889, -75.756389).

• Parking: Bate Island

• What to bring: coffee, camera, tripod, telephoto lens (100-500mm), whatever gear you want to shoot with.
